**Paying for an annual support contract gives you and your employees 24 hour access to AccuPOS and AccuCount senior support staff. We guarantee a telephone response rate if a call is posted during business hours, and a 24 hour response if received outside of regular business hours. The contract also entitles you to any updates which will be provided as they become available.
